Christine David of GCD Residential Association Management is a certified Community Association Manager widely trained an extensive support process, which includes courses in the Principles of California Law, Financial Management, Community Management, Meetings and Records and also a course in Ethics. GCD Residential Association Management strives to abide by the Codes of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
