Our philosophy here at GDR is that the cheapest is not always the least expensive. This means that if we consider only price and not quality, we are doing you and our tenants a disservice. A job done quickly using the most inexpensive materials, will be too costly if problems are left unsolved or if there is a lack of preventive maintenance. We look at the long run. For example, an inexpensive, used dishwasher will save you a hundred dollars up front. However, after many service calls, repairs and eventual replacement, you have spent much more than the hundred dollars you saved initially. We incorporate this example into everything we do. We look at quality, not just a quick fix.
We have a leasing agent who has extensive knowledge of the Albuquerque area and its rental market. She is out there every day looking at houses and apartments and speaking with prospective tenants. She will work to get you the highest rent for your property that the market will bear.
