  • university “off campus housing office” listings for properties near a University or College
  • Prepare Market Analysis to recommend rental quotes

  • leasing information calls
  • property and unit tours
  • fair housing compliance and qualification establishment
  • application processing & lease preparation
  • tenant orientation and move in procedures
  • security deposit collection and key distribution
