Weekly inspections of the physical condition and personnel status of the property are fundamental policies at GR. Weekly reports from experienced on-site managers also helps control and maintain the property to a professional standard. Real Estate Brokerage

Goebel Realty provides Real Estate Brokerage services to help our clients buy and/or sell real estate investments. We offer expertise in analyzing your property to arrive at the best possible price to accomplish the primary goals of our client.

Our agents and brokers are members of the National Association of Realtors and licensed in Indiana and/or Kentucky. We use numerous forms of advertising, including Internet, MLS, Homes Magazine, signs, newspaper, and many others.

Development / Construction Project Management

Goebel Realty has extensive experience in real estate development. We offer development and construction management services which ensure that your project is executed within budgetary and time goals. Experienced professionals directly oversee all aspects of the development of our projects.

We believe the most critical phase of any project is the planning & budgeting stage. Without a sound budget and well thought out plan, a successful project is "hit or miss". However, with the up-front time put in, many uncertainties and problems can be avoided. Our experienced developers and accountants can develop a sound project plan.

Our management staff is involved from the planning stages through lease-up. From start to finish, we get the job done efficiently, dealing with architects, lenders, governmental agencies, site planners, engineers, contractors, landscapers, property managers, and owners to ensure a successful project.

This single-source responsibility for the whole project contributes to our ability to ensure quality construction, within budget, and on time.

MARLIN M. GOEBEL
Evansville, Indiana

Marlin M. Goebel, is President and co-owner of Goebel Commercial Realty, Inc., a realty company specializing in residential property management. He started the company in June 1970 the same month he obtained his Indiana Real Estate Brokers license. He incorporated the business on May 23, 1994.

Mr. Goebel's responsibilities at Goebel Commercial Realty, Inc., include: supervision of property managers; meeting with and assisting with property owners' needs; marketing services and meeting with potential clients; development of new apartment communities; market studies; designing of new apartments; designing apartment sites; development of construction budgets; negotiating land purchases; and overseeing construction.

Mr. Goebel owns numerous properties in Evansville including Kenzi Estates, a managing partner in Golden Tower Apartments, Diamond Valley Apartments, and a senior housing project called Hickory Lake Luxury Apartments. He is also currently developing a condominium project.

Mr. Goebel graduated from the Indiana University in May of 1967. He earned a B S degree in Accounting.

KEVIN M. GOEBEL
Evansville, Indiana

Kevin M. Goebel, CPA is Vice-President and co-owner of Goebel Commercial Realty, Inc., a realty company specializing in residential property management. He joined the company on August 1, 2000. Kevin obtained his Indiana Real Estate Sales Person license in November of 2000, his Indiana Real Estate Brokers license in September of 2003, and his Kentucky Real Estate Brokers license in November of 2003. Kevin has assumed the position of Principal Broker for Goebel Commercial Realty, Inc.

Mr. Goebel's responsibilities at Goebel Commercial Realty, Inc., include: acting as the company's principal broker and controller; monthly financial statements for over 75 property owners; support of the office computer systems; supervision of property managers; meeting with and assisting with property owners' needs; marketing services and meeting with potential clients; property development projects; and handling or supervising tax matters.

Mr. Goebel owns owenship interests in several properties in Evansville including Golden Tower Apartments, a senior housing project called Hickory Lake Luxury Apartments, Diamond Valley Apartments, and a condominium project.

Prior to employment at Goebel Commercial Realty, Inc., Kevin was a partner at the regional accounting firm of Kemper CPA Group LLC. He was the partner in charge of the Evansville Information Technology (IT) department. He began working in public accounting in December 1989 with Kemper CPA Group LLC, and was promoted to principal in 1994, and partner in 1997. Before specializing into IT services, he participated in numerous audit, tax, and accounting engagements, many of which were real-estate oriented.

SAMANTHA J. INGRAHAM
Evansville, Indiana

Samantha J. Ingraham is Regional Manager of Goebel Commercial Realty, Inc., a realty company specializing in residential property management. Samantha joined the company in 2005. Samantha assumed the Regional Manager position in January 2007.

Samantha's responsibilities at Goebel Commercial Realty, Inc., include: training and supervision of property managers, assistant managers, leasing agents, and service staff; coordinating and implementing marketing strategies; market studies; development of property budgets; managing all advertising and negotiating contracts; auditing files and other various duties as required in order to maintain consistent operations at all locations; meeting with vendors and negotiating cost savings and product dependability; monitoring vacancies and coordinating rent specials, open houses, and lease-up incentives.

In her nine-year career in property management, Samantha has developed a unique and consistent ability to analyze and fine-tune a property and make necessary adjustments to "turn around" or "lease up" a property in a short period of time.
