One common challenge is leasing. Selecting the best tenant available for each property can avert a number of potential problems and expenses. No one can guarantee perfect tenants, but we believe that renting to 'problem tenants' can usually be avoided with proper tenant screening. Our tenant screening process includes verification of the applicant's rental history, credit history, employment history, criminal history, and eviction history. This process allows us to be very selective in matching a tenant to your property.
