About Us

H & S - Real Estate & Management, Inc. is a Florida licensed Community Association and Property Management Company, located in Kissimmee, FL, founded in 2003.

With our experienced managers and well trained staff we are managing Multi-Family Homes, Home Owner and Condo Associations, Retail Properties, and selected vacation Rental Properties.

Services consists of on-site-management, lease and realtor services, preparing and administering periodical meetings, optimizing and enforcing rules and regulations, collecting fees, budgeting, accounting, overseeing human resources, payroll, security and insurance as well as handling repair, maintenance and project management; yes finally, everything what needs to be done to support and protect owners, the board and all residents.

We are also managing selected vacation rental properties (single family homes and condominiums) in the Orlando, Kissimmee and Theme Park areas. These homes are short term rental properties for which we also handle reservations, housekeeping and specific maintenance.

We do also consulting services for projects of hotels which are converted into condo-hotels to eventually manage the condo-hotel units on behalf of the owners.

  • We provide key control procedures to protect you and the tenant against unauthorized entry. Makes visits to your property.
  • We handle all communications with owners and tenants.
  • We provide accounting services and periodical reporting to our owners.
  • We are inviting owners to the periodical meetings and we are preparing, arranging and administering the meetings.
