The goal of Hauser Properties is to provide professional property management service with a personal touch. Hauser Properties offers all the services of larger property management companies but with the flexibility to adapt them to individual needs and preferences.

After three years working here in the Madison area for another company as a property manager and several years before that in the rental property field I chose to start Hauser Properties. As both a property manager for a variety of property owners ranging from owner occupied duplexes to large apartment buildings, condominium complexes and even fraternities and an owner of a small income property, I understand the challenges facing owners. The need to find and retain quality tenants, maintain the property, and look after a long term investment all while attempting to keep costs in check and maintain a reasonable cash flow in the meantime can be an extremely daunting task. I also understand how it is easy to feel as if you are being lost in the shuffle with larger management companies that tend to focus on larger properties or owners with a larger number of holdings.
