Vacancy Showing
Renting or leasing income properties can be a daunting job. Our knowledgeable staff happily takes on this time consuming yet extremely important function. We can quickly match a potential resident to property, screen the applicant and arrive at a sound business decision quickly.
Rent Collection
The management of rent collection is a function that has changed dramatically. With our computerized collection and reporting systems, we have the ability to accept rent from a DEBT CARD or CREDIT CARD. These payments can be made over the internet or face to face in our offices. These type of transactions are automatically synced up with our computerized reporting system (REmanage) so you are in constant touch with the financial status of your property.
Eviction Coordination
Unfortunately, some situations call for dramatic intervention. We allow you to avoid the unpleasant duties such as the eviction of tenants or the collections of delinquent funds.
Supervision and Maintenance
Healstone provides management and supervision of janitorial personnel, HVAC, pest control and other maintenance functions. Healstone's In-House Maintenance Company guarantees our clients lower prices than local competitors on all jobs within their scope. We respond to special maintenance requests with speed and efficiency.
Emergency 24-Hour Service
When Emergencies happen, we take care of them. Our emergency on-call service is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week.
Payment of Bills
Healstone Property Management demands that the timely payment for monies owed be a priority. This function along with income is the backbone of sound facility management and a service we cheerfully provide.
Recommendations and Estimates for Capital Improvements
Keeping loyal tenants, and attracting new tenants is very important. Often properties require capital improvements. We obtain estimates for the work required and over see the work through satisfactory completion.
Financial Reporting
Our policy of presenting monthly reports on or about the 20th of each month helps the property owner prepare for property and/or income taxes.
