George Vassiliades was born on the beautiful island of Cyprus. He came to the United States as a Fulbright Scholar in 1993. He has a Masters in Counseling from San Francisco State University and he is a licensed Marriage Family Therapist. His experience in that, enables him to help his real estate clients through the emotionally challenging part of the transaction (the fears, anxieties and excitement of real estate). He knows how to listen and what to ask for.

George fell in love with real estate after he bought his first building, a fourplex, and decided to get into real estate to help other first time buyers become successful multi-unit owners themselves. He enjoys working with a broad range of clients, from first-time buyers to seasoned investors.

He is now on the board of the Rental Housing Associaion of Northern Alameda County (Rhanac), an organization that helps landlords and supports property rights.

He specializes in multi-unit and commercial properties. He can help you with purchasing, selling or exchanging or refinancing a property. He manages a portofolio of properties as well.

Our Management Team is available 7 days a week. We are available for all Inspections, repairs & renovations for your Investment Property.
