Our efforts are focused strictly on residential property management in order to deliver consistent quality services to clients without the distraction of residential sales. Finding a renter and maintaining your investment gets our full and undivided attention. HRS services the needs of private investors, expatriates, and relocation companies. We dedicate our attention to this one important area of real estate management and consistently approach the management of our client’s homes without the burden of trying to be all things to all clients.

Investing our time and resources in being active members of both the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors and the National Association of Residential Property Managers means that we have committed to some very high Standards of Practice and a very strict Code of Ethics. A rental house is a complex undertaking. In addition to the time-consuming chores of running ads, doing check-ins, arranging repairs, verifying credit, and collecting rents, there is the one very important additional factor which must be dealt with – risk.

Since starting the company in 1989, we have spent a great deal of time and effort to solve these problems. Our goal is to eliminate all of the hassles and to keep the risk as low as possible. Plus having been in business for over 18 years means that if something unexpected does happen along the way, you can trust that we will have a solution.
