Full Management Packages:

A full management package offers the client peace of mind from all the diligent tasks of property management. The services offered include all administrative tasks and any hands on management as well. We offer various effective forms of free advertising, screening of applicants, legal proceedings, Financial Reports, and much more.

Partial Management Packages:

A partial management package consists of a limited amount of clerical and administrative tasks. This package is an itemized list of needs usually consisting of screening applicants or processing of administrative documents such as invoices or contracting labor.

Screening Applicants:

Each applicant will be thoroughly screened through a nationwide database. The search will include both a criminal background check and credit history. The specifics of this search will include any previous evictions or abuse of previously rented properties.
