We have led and advised financing and refinancing transactions of over $9 billion. In a capacity of a developer, we have taken the lead in completing the development of millions of sq ft of office and retail space. Overseen the management of over 8,000 residential units. Currently, JDM is active in the development of a 86 acre office and R&D park of over 1.0 million sq ft of commercial space and 300 residential units In addition we are in process of being installed as a court appointed receiver on several distressed and defaulted properties.
