We provide current and future homeowners and investors with the tools needed in managing their real estate investment. JJC Management & Holdings mission is to provide a win-win situation between the property owner and the tenants. Our goal is to provide the property owner with a sense of relief knowing that their property is being maintained to their standards and the tenants are provided quality customer service. This mission has contributed to the success of our company and demonstrating integrity in every investment is our way of doing business.
Our Services include but not limited to:
- Addresses maintenance issues and solutions ( 24x7 services to tenant and property owner)
- Selects ideal candidates for either leasing or renting
- Checking references
- Credit checks
- Provide marketing strategies and advertisements for vacancies
- Collection of monthly dues and other financial obligations from the tenant
- Maintains property in a safe and liveable condition
- Provides monthly invoice statements
- Conduct pre and post inspections of home
- Provide initial assessment of property
- Provide monthly visit reports (exterior only)
- Provide every 6 month inspection report (interior and exterior)
- Coordinate with contractors or third party vendors from beginning to end
