Property Management Services
Keystone Property Management provides complete management solutions for both short and long term rental properties. We help property owners maximize the return on their investment. We can assist by providing the following services:
- Initial consultation to determine the owners needs and concerns
- Advertise the property by means of various media outlets
- Screen all applicants (credit report, public records check, and reference verification)
- Show the property to qualified applicants
- Complete the rental or lease process - signing of lease or rental agreement, walk-through, collect security deposit, and issue keys
- Enforce all provisions of the lease
- Collect rent and forward to owner
