Edward J. Kirch Property Management was started in 1977 as a one-man office. Through personally investing and managing, the 31years of experience pays off to anyone who deals with Edward J. Kirch Property Management. The office has grown to include full time employees in maintenance, management and administration. The staff is trained to manage anything from an industrial condo, a house to a multi-family apartment building. The office always has someone accessible 24 hrs a day, with person to person access 9AM-5PM Monday through Friday at the office at 503 W. Galena Blvd. Aurora, IL 60506.
Edward Kirch is co-founder of the Wealth Builders Investors Club of Aurora, IL. He has successfully gathered the local landlords and investors to correspond once a month with each other to teach, train, educate, and network. He teaches several workshops and lectures in the area on Property Management and purchasing/selling multi-family property.
