Legum & Norman began managing resort communities on the Maryland/Delaware Eastern Shore in 1989. By 1999, our portfolio expanded further with the acquisition of Paradise Management of Ocean City. With this same acquisition, a new full service maintenance, janitorial and maid service company known as Paradise Services was formed. Legum & Norman Resorts has year-round, fully staffed offices in Ocean City and Bethany Beach, providing community association management and complete maintenance services for high-rise, mid-rise, garden and townhouse communities from Rehoboth Beach, Delaware south to Berlin, Maryland.
