Midwest Apartment & Management Group, Inc. is a full service property management & acquisition company for real estate investors in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Illinois. Our management team manages multi-family apartment communities: government assisted complexes, and small mixed-use commercial properties.

Property Presentation:

Tenant Screening:

  3. We do thorough credit adn references checks before the lease is signed. This includes checking history and credit bureaus, verifying employment and other income, and checking all appropriate references including past landlords and criminal backround checks.
  4. We take time with each new tenant to explain the benefits and responsibilities of leasing from us.
  5. We provide protection through the use of proper lease agreements, deposit forms, late notices and other legal documents.
  6. We take fair, appropriate security adn pet deposits.
Bookkeeping Services
  1. We do all the bookkeeping tasks for you. Our computer system keeps complete, accurate records of income and expenses that affect the property.
  2. Our convenient monthly statements provide you with a full-itemized record of all transactions.
  3. Our end-of-year statements simplify the job of tax preparation for you and your accountant.
  4. Because we are computerized, we can meet your individual needs, including budgeting, itemized summaries for tax preparation, and other unique services.
Property Protection

  2. We maintain and update an inventory of all the personal items that are part of the property.
  3. We constantly perform spot checks and announced inspections.

  2. We are maintenance experts. Since we deal with this daily, we know what repairs should cost and how long they will take to complete.
  3. Maintenance work is controlled and supervised. Because of the large volume of work we give local firms, we have the necessary resources to correct poor performance.
