PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:

Advertising
We use a variety of different resources for marketing the property. Our welcome center, yard signs and online ads are some of the ways we attract our prospective tenants.

Showings
All showings are done with a real estate agent. We do not give out keys to the property. This allows us to maintain a more secure environment.

Tenant Screening
We screen all adult applicants prior to occupancy. Inspections: Walk through inspections are done before and after each tenant.

Rent Payments
All rents are due on or before the first day of the month. All delinquent tenants are served the proper notices and our procedure is followed through with an attorney for the eviction process.

Repairs
All repairs are handled quickly and with very competitive pricing from our vendors.

Financial Services
Monthly statements are provided each month for accurate book keeping.
