All new accounts are carefully selected so that your property will receive proper attention. We offer a flexible menu of services-You choose only what you need, thus assuring optimum cost-effectiveness.

Full Service Program:

Qualifying tenants

  • Agents personally show your property to prospective tenants
  • Conduct personal interview with prospective tenants
  • Run credit checks through the Credit Bureau
  • Eviction and sexual and violent offenders search
  • Verify prospects information: employment, income, bank rating and rental history
Administration
  • Set up and maintain all necessary files and accounting system
  • Bill Paying such as: mortgages, property taxes, insurance and utilities
  • Provide owner with regular financial reports
Collections
  • Prepare and send monthly statement to tenant, with applicable late charges
  • Follow-up on late payments
  • Prepare and send Eviction Notices
  • Pursue delinquent account through collection agencies and/or court action
Repair & Maintenance
  • Regularly inspect the property and identify any need for repair or preventative maintenance
  • Review property condition with owner and determine action to be taken
  • We only use reputable, reliable and affordable service people
  • There is no charge for written bids and estimates
  • We are available 24 hours a day for maintenance needs
Owners Investment to the Plan:

We visit the property and meet with new clients to determine their needs and quote our services accordingly. We can customize services to best fit your needs. Our fees vary depending on the services desired. Owners cover the cost of advertising vacant property. The management agreement is one year.

Our Guaranteed Commitments:

We want happy, satisfied owners. If you are not satisfied with our efforts, you may cancel the management agreement. This will end our agreement with no hard feelings on our part. You will not find a stronger guarantee in our market.
