Optimum Professional Property Management, Inc. (CMF) has been providing quality Association Management Services in Orange County and surrounding areas since 1996. Optimum exclusively manages Community Associations (condominiums, single family homes and PUDÕs) as well as business parks.
Optimum obtained the designation of a Certified Management Firm (CMF) in August 2001. The CMF designation is issued by the California Association of Community Managers and is a highly prestigious accreditation to obtain in this industry. ItÕs proof that Optimum is meeting the highest of industry standards.
Optimum is a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), California Association of Community Managers (CACM), Management Firm Council (MFC) and the Building Industry Association (BIA).

Our managers take a pro-active approach to community management by advising their Boards and homeowners of new laws, explain why updated policies and procedures are needed to run their association and genuinely wanting to help make their communities a better place to live.
