Outreach Property Management is Full Service Residential Property Management Company founded by President and Broker, Roberta A. Graham in 2004. Outreach Property Management (OPM) is a Minority Owned and Operated Business with the corporate office located in New Haven, Connecticut.

Outreach Property Management works closely with Developers of Affordable Housing Projects to assure the Federal and State compliance of developments receiving Low Income Tax credits. All of OPM's assigned site managers are Certified Low Income Housing Tax Credit Specialist (LIHTC) (C3P Designation). OPM has managed over 450 units and have placed over 200 families in suitable housing.

Outreach Property Management has assisted State and Government Funded residential housing programs, such as Section 8 Programs; New Haven Housing Authority, Hamden Housing Authority, West Haven Housing Authority, Bridgeport Housing Authority, CERT Programs Empower New Haven, Columbus House, New Hall Community Center, Aids Interfaith, Safe Haven, Youth Continuum, Continuum Care and Mutual Housing.

Outreach Property Management has proved to provide "Award Winning Property Management Services" by being the recipient of the "2006 Small Business Achievement Award" from the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce.

Outreach Property Management was featured on the cover page of the local News Paper the New Haven Register; citing OPM's superior Property Management services. The New Haven Register states that Outreach Property Management is a "Promising Growing Property Management Company".

Outreach Property Management was also recognized by Congress Woman Rosa Delauro for the community service provided through the various housing programs. OPM was also invited and accepted membership into "The Better Business Bureau".

OPM Services:

Full service property management
We manage all of the day to day operations of your property. Our services include facilitation of maintenance and repairs, 24-hour on call services for tenants/owners, taking bids, preparing work orders, monitoring of property, grounds keeping, move-in inspections, semi-annual inspections, move-out inspections, collection of rent and payment of debts.

Tenant placement
This includes credit/background checks, reference checks, showings, home visit application, lease preparation and advertisement, completion and follow-up of all subsidy paperwork and processes, housing code inspections and all other necessary services needed for placement.

New tenant apartment preparation
We have licensed Contractors who will bring your apartment back to rentable status (Including painting, carpeting, repairs, etc.).

Contracting
OPM is a licensed contracting company. We can provide all of your home improvement needs. We provide a wide array of services from snow removal to installation of a new roof.
