Mission Statement

To provide corporate America with the highest level of representation as it relates to its real estate needs. This will be achieved by providing the necessary information, advice, insight and strategy to make an educated real estate decision. This will be done by understanding our clients' needs, how their company works and the forces that make their companies successful.

Property Management

Over the past twenty-four months Paragon has been successful in acquiring several properties located in Southeastern Michigan. Our transactions are created by raising equity from high net worth individuals with whom we have both professional and personal relationships. Our strategy has been to first return our equity investors their initial investment within a certain period and second to continue to pay down the debt on the property. Our long-term goal is to have a portfolio of low-leveraged properties in diverse asset classes so that in an adverse economic climate, we would have the ability to sit with vacancies for an extended period of time without defaulting on our loans. Additionally, our investors would enjoy significant cash-flow returns while the property is leased. Our “hand-on” management style ensures the controlling of costs of operating expenses, increased occupancy through tenant retention and aggressive marketing while improving the overall aesthetics of the Property. We have taken the approach of seeking out the best and brightest professionals in assisting, be it leasing, accounting, legal and management related issues. Our principals with invested interest in the properties and are involved with every aspect to the operation of the properties.
