PRIME PROPERTIES was founded in 1987 and presently manages over 1,500 properties. Property owners are comprised of professional real estate investors as well as many homeowners who continue to hold and lease their properties.

PRIME PROPERTIES contracts PRS “ Property Repair Services” (a subsidiary corporation) to conduct the majority of the maintenance on the managed properties. Because of the large volume of business done by PRS, it is able to obtain preferred prices on most building products and services including carpet, roofing, paint, heating and air conditioning. Significant savings are passed on to our clients
