William Huettner, principal of Prospect Management Company, was instrumental in the formation of the CAI Wisconsin chapter and served as the first President of the CAI’s Wisconsin Chapter. Through this role, he has brought a great deal of added knowledge, which benefits every community we manage. William was also the first Wisconsin resident to have earned the Professional Community Association Manager® (PCAM®) designation in the state. This is the highest professional recognition available nationwide to managers who specialize in community association management.
