These projects included balancing and full automation of the HVAC system, installation of a state of the art, BACL generator and implementation of fire safety code compliance. The building also received a successful facelift under the direction of RAFCO�s seasoned rehabilitation team. RAFCO also provides a top notch building engineer and a fully staffed day and night crew to monitor daily activity.
