Inspections
Approximately every 120 days we make a thorough inspection of the property Inside & Outside, change furnace filters, Plumbing, Smoke detectors, take pictures and keep these on file and send them to the owners at owners request.

Maintenance
Realty World property management has a full in-house maintenance division (which saves owners & communities time and Money) We are licensed Utah general Contractors bonded & insured. Our main focus is on time maintenance at the lowest possible price.

Eviction & Collections
If rents are not collected by the 6th of the month. We begin the processes necessary to collect rents or evict. We have your best interest in mind and move quickly to get things resolved.

Accounting
We are highly automated. Each month you receive a financial statement showing monies collected and any disbursements. We provide numerous reports including any custom reports you request. We also can email all reports.
