We charge a one time setup fee of $99 (which includes one month of free advertising) and 8% of Gross Rent per month. Our Property Management Services Include:
- Property preview to evaluate condition and determine if any maintenance or improvements are needed prior to marketing.
- Competitive Market Analysis to determine appropriate market rent
- Full service marketing of home including advertising on MLS, craigslist, rentclicks, homerentalads, and Red Rock Realty & Investment's website
- Personal showings of each and every home
- Thorough tenant application process
- Review of tenant background and suitability with property owner prior to signing of lease
- Drafting of signed leases/contracts
- Assisting tenants/property owners with utility transfers and setups
- Collecting of rents
- Continual monitoring of property throughout the term of the lease
- Quick and effective responses to any maintenance issues that arise
- Monthly owner disbursements sent to property owners (Direct Deposit is Available.)
- Monthly accounting statements provided to property owners
- End of year accounting statements and 1099's issued
