Keeping tenants happy to insure the longevity of the tenant's occupancy is critical. Friendly staff, availability, and quick response to questions and maintenance request will satisfy a resident more than anything else we can do for them.

FEES

No hidden fees! Our fees range from 8-10% of gross rental receipts depending on the type of property and how many you have under contract with us. All contracts are on a yearly basis.

• Vacancy showings 7 days a week

Your property will be immediately be inspected, photographed, placed on lock box, placed on our vacancy list and have a sign placed in the front yard. We will then post on the MLS and on our website, exposing your property to over 2,500 agents in the area.

MAINTENANCE

We have a list of experienced professional handymen, plumbers, electricians, roofers, painters, carpet cleaners, and more. Contractors are on call 7 days a week for emergencies.
