Richmark Properties Inc, has been providing property management services in the State of Texas since 1989. The Owner of Richmark Properties, Wayne Walton has 30 years of experience in the property management industry beginning with Trammel Crow in 1977. Please refer to the resume on following page.
The current portfolio for Richmark Properties Inc. includes approximately 2,000 apartment units throughout Dallas - Fort Worth and Temple, Texas.
Services provided are staff hiring, training and management. We believe our services to the residents and owners are the key to our success. The efforts we make on their behalf give us an unbeatable advantage over other management firms. We understand our profits are directly tied to the level of satisfaction experienced by the residents and owners we serve.
Throughout or portfolio, operating cost efficiencies are established by diligent management. As manager, we constantly evaluate the quality and the cost of services we provide to our residents and owners. Whenever improvements can be made in the cost or scope of services, we do not hesitate to make change.
We recognize that each community is unique. Because of that, we do not assume that a particular marketing or management strategy is appropriate in every circumstance. Individual owners vary and the needs and desires of residents change. We, therefore, tailor our management strategy according to the specific needs of a community.
