Our management fees vary depending on the location, condition, and type of properties you have, but usually are about nine percent of the monthly collected rent. We create a videotaped digital record of each property inside and out between tenants. We have an in-house maintenance department to help keep costs down, and a 24-hour live answering service whereby we can be reached in the event of any urgent situation which might occur outside of normal business hours.
