About Us

Salco Properties, Ltd was founded in 1986 by Jim and Paget Merriman and is now owned by Tammi Bibbs. Salco Properties, Ltd was chartered to provide extraordinary full service property management, specifically for 35-150 unit multi-family dwellings, single family homes, town homes and condos. From the beginning the founders and staff of Salco Properties, Ltd have maintained a "no compromise" quality of hands on service, a corporate philosophy that has served both the owners and managers of the properties, as well as the residents who call these properties "home." Through this philosophy, Salco Properties, Ltd has expanded its property types to commercial buildings and 150+ unit apartment communities.

We have enjoyed a steady, successful growth rate through sound hiring policies and by establishing long cultivated relationships. A critical component of our hiring process is to perform thorough background investigations, to include credit, criminal and drug screenings.

Salco Properties, Ltd is a corporation in good standing with the Arizona Corporation Commission, Arizona Department of Real Estate, Arizona Multihousing Association and The Better Business Bureau.

Salco Properties, Ltd is a sole entity. There are no affiliates, subsidiaries nor parent company.

Property Management Services

Salco Properties, Ltd continually strives to improve existing property values through more cost effective methods of maintenance and close attention to preventive maintenance. From the first comprehensive inspection of the entire property to regular on-site monitoring and maintaining constant, interactive relationships with our Property Managers, Salco Properties, Ltd assures our solid position in the industry. Along with our experienced, skilled and qualified maintenance personnel, we work closely with well trained and highly competitive trade specialists, all licensed and bonded.

Salco Properties, Ltd Supervisors visit each property a minimum of once per week. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - holidays included!

Our centralized structure of management encourages standardization of policies and procedures with regard to accounting and reporting systems. Salco Properties, Ltd handles the following for you, the owner:

  • Rent Deposits into Trust Account
  • Deposit of owner distribution into personal account (if needed)
  • All Notices to tenants, to include 5 Day Notices for Non Payment of Rent
