Thrifty Town Home & Condominium Management offers affordable management services for town home and condominium associations in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Twin Cities metropolitan area. Our hands-on management style means we are responsive to the needs of your association and individual association members.

We bring over thirty years of experience in the new home construction business and ten years in office management to your association, with reliable comprehensive management services for the financial, association, and physical operations of your town home or condominium community.

Our array of services begins with a comprehensive evaluation of your new or existing town home or condominium community, and includes full-service management of your association.

What our Fees Cover:

The monthly management fee covers the listed services, and this fee is subject to change. To ensure the most affordable management service available, we offer a personalized contract to fit the needs of your association and community. We work hard to keep your costs and monthly association dues at reasonable levels. We use our expertise and innovative ideas to advise your Board of Directors and make suggestions to improve and enhance the operation of your town home or condominium association and community.

Our Insurance Coverage:

Thrifty Town Home Management is insured through the American Family Insurance Company. The Certificate of Insurance is available upon request.

Our Goal:

The goal of Thrifty Town Home Management is to support and promote responsible business practices that include a conscious commitment to our customers of energy, creativity, honesty and integrity in managing your association. Our commitment to these principles will mutually benefit your association, our vendors and our management company.

Town House & Condominium Association Management

  • Develop declaration of covenants, bylaws, rules and regulations, operational procedures and provide ongoing advice to Board members relating to
  • Prepare, distribute and maintain all association documents and records, including monthly financial and association management reports
  • Attend monthly Board meetings (frequency as determined by the Board)
  • Prepare, provide and maintain monthly association meeting minutes
  • Provide management report newsletter or maintain association website and provide notices, newsletters and other communication to association members on behalf of the Board
  • Attend annual Board/membership meetings, presenting annual financial and overall association management reports
  • Manage Board of Director elections and provide guidance and training to new Board members annually
  • Manage appropriate insurance coverage for the association, maintain insurance records, and, with the Board, investigate and report as appropriate all claims relating to the ownership, operation and maintenance of common areas
  • Provide to new association members a welcome packet that includes up-to-date association information, by-laws, rules and regulations, list of vendors, etc.
  • Provide association documents to unit owners who are selling or refinancing
