Lead Credit Policy

As a Featured Manager with All Property Management, you will receive leads filtered to your selected property types and zip codes. Occasionally requests not related to property management or with incorrect information make it through our filters. We will credit back leads that clearly meet one or more of the following criteria. To request a credit, submit the lead in question to your account manager with an explanation, within 14 days of receiving the lead.

Eligible for a Credit:

  • Vendors
  • Tenants
  • Maintenance only
  • House Watch
  • Looking for a job
  • Roommates wanted
  • Trying to reach current management company
  • Complaints from members of an HOA, not initiating a management search
  • Test leads
  • Invalid phone and email (please forward bounced email)
  • Wrong property type selected
  • Incorrect zip entered
  • Duplicate APM leads within 12 months

The following situations are not eligible for credit:

  • Requestor is unresponsive
  • Leasing only leads
  • Name differs from that on tax record
  • Incomplete property address
