    We firmly believe that communication with property owners is absolutely imperative. Many property owners live out of state, making it impossible for them to inspect their own properties or stop by the property manager's office. We understand this implicitly, which is why we go to great effort to keep our clients in the loop on what is going on with their properties. From monthly account reports to keeping you in the loop on inspections and work orders, you will always know what is going on with your property. We have an online "Owner Portal" that allows you to login and get information on your property at anytime, anywhere in the world, as long as you have internet access. You will also be given a direct cell phone number and personal email for the individual agent who manages your property, and we strive to ensure that any inquiries by property owners are promptly answered same-day. Being out of state shouldn't mean that you're out of the loop.

    Fee Schedule:
    We offer several different options for fee schedules, including discounts for our military veterans and for airline pilots represented by the Air Line Pilots Association. Please contact us for details on what fee schedule may work best for you and your property. We can also personally tailor services and a fee schedule for your needs.
