    We started Coastal Property Management in the Ocean City area because of the great people and built a reliable management firm that is based on honesty, organization, responsibility and experience.     • Processing work orders and ensuring completion
    • Hiring and supervising on-site staff if required by the association
    • Inputting informational updates on community website
    • In-depth knowledge of insurance policies
    • Obtain estimates/quotes for Association insurance policies
    • Respond to home owner inquiries and correspondence
