    Tenant Placement - We utilize a variety of marketing tools to get your property rented as quickly as possible with a high-quality tenant. Our hands-on approach to tenant placement and quick response times results in lower days on market and higher quality tenants. If at any point during the marketing phase you are unhappy with our performance we will let you out of your agreement at no cost or obligation.

    Tenant Screening - We perform an in-depth investigation of potential tenants to minimize risk to our owners. This includes financial verification, employment verification, criminal background, full credit check, eviction history, terrorist, NSF as well as references. A bad tenant for you equals a bad tenant for us so we take our screening very seriously. Our extremely low eviction rate is testament to our diligence in this process.

    Rent Collections and Evictions - We manage the rent collection process and follow strict guidelines with our notices and documentation to ensure we are ready to file eviction should the need arise always keeping our property owners aware of the situation. Our tenants have access to an online portal with various options for payment to simplify the payment process.

    Accounting and Record Keeping - We utilize a state of the art property management system to track and manage all aspects of property management. Our owners have an online portal with access their monthly statements, copies of paid invoices and year-end tax statements. All funds can be transferred electronically to our owners.

    Maintenance - We have a full work order management system to capture and track any necessary maintenance. Our tenants can enter work orders via their online portal or simply call our maintenance staff. We have a professional 24 hour service to quickly handle any situation that may arise during non-business hours.

    Brokerage Services - We also offer a full array of brokerage services to our owners. Whether you are looking to sell one of your properties or pick up a new one. Our experienced brokers are her to help and since you are already a customer we get you the best rates you will find anywhere. We do have ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) on staff.
