    Mutual Property Management Account Management
    Our focus is to give you the time and freedom to obtain your real estate goals. Our staff specializes in owner and tenant relations. We have systems in place to better serve your needs.

    • Rent Collections - Our collection policies are fair but firm. Our priority is to make sure payments are made in a timely fashion to ensure positive cash flow.
    • Payment Disbursements - We will not leave our owners in the dark. We understand receiving your payment is top priority. We disburse owner payments three times a month.

    Property Maintenance
    Keeping your property maintained is a main concern. This will ensure your property retains top value and keeps large repairs to a minimum.

    • Maintenance Staff - Our in-house staff is prepared to take all calls and respond to issues in a timely manner. We will get a written approval from the tenant that the issue has been resolved to their satisfaction.
    • Preferred Vendors - In some circumstances we will have to rely on outside vendors. We have developed relationships and negotiated the most competitive rates for you.
    • 24 Hour Service - We are available to handle emergency calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
    • Property Inspections - We carefully inspect the property prior to tenants moving in. A quarterly drive-by inspection is done with exterior photos. A semi-annual interior inspection is done with a full report. And a post move out inspection is done with the tenant.

    MPM takes pride in finding the right tenant to rent your property. We want to be certain the tenant of choice will make timely payments and take excellent care of the property.

    • Rental Application - A full application is taken to verify income status, social security numbers and references. Applicants can fill out the application right online.
    • Credit Report - A Trans Union credit report is run on applicants
    • Background Check - Accesses national and statewide criminal records, including National Sex Offender registry. The service is updated 24 hours a day.
    • Employment verification - We will verify applicants employment status within three days of move-in
