Count on our property management team to help you manage your units and buildings. We have land property management of 80 acres in Black Lake, located in upstate New York, as well as 30 acres of land in Moca, and 2 acres of land in Isabella Puerto Rico. Our property managers handle removal of snow and garbage, in addition to hiring maintenance contractors. There is no limit to the size or number of properties we can manage.

At Lanuto Properties LLC your tenants can pay on line and as owners you can track your payments from your tenants through our system.

Monthly Maintenance for each association can auto debt from there checking or they can log into our system to make payment. All new tenants and condo Association will have a pin to access there financial account to monitor there payments.

Our Managers are hands on and will work with all details for each property.
