Action Property Management
About UsAction Property Management

Action Property Management is committed to elevating the industry standard. This begins with hiring quality, industry professionals. As with every Action employee, our community managers undergo background investigations, drug testing, personality profiles, skills testing, and a survey to help determine if they fit in Action's culture.

In addition, all community managers are required to complete the Core Courses through the California Association of Community Managers (CACM). In addition, managers are required to attend two hours of Continuing Manager Education every month. This formalized training covers specific aspects of association law, insurance, vendor management, and other important areas of association management.

As a result, Action's community managers are highly trained, with an average level of experience being seven years - almost three times the industry average.

Services

Providing full-service, integrated solutions for homowner associations since 1984

Forward Planning

Develop a long-term business plan for maintaining association assets. We can help in the adoption of a realistic set of goals and policies to complete your vision for your community.

Budget Preparation

Our accounting staff, supervised by Action's in-house CPA, will provide accurate, timely and helpful information in the preparation of your annual budget.

Board Member Orientation

Action's regularly scheduled seminars offer information and guidance to board members on how they can more effectively serve their community.

Committee Formation

We can help your volunteer committee members stay focused and productive by introducing principles of structured reporting and organizational techniques.

Current Legislation

The impact of new legislation on your association can be lessened if anticipated early. Action is actively involved in the industry and can keep your board well informed of any upcoming issues or proposed changes in the law, which you may need to address.

Education

To ensure that you receive the assistance of only highly trained management professionals, Action insists that its managers are members of CACM and work toward a CCAM certification through specialized education.
