Affordable Property Management will assign a manager to your property (small or large) and be responsible for the following:

Maintenance

To save you money, Affordable Property Management uses preferred venders or in-house maintenance to provide quality and timely maintenance for your investment. Therefore, you don't have to pay the exorbitant rates charged by others, nor does your property have to wait until they can work it into their schedule. We also provides yard maintenance and snow plowing. In order to protect your property, Affordable Property Management maintenance technicians are available for 24-hour emergency service seven days a week.

Inspections

Evictions / Collections

If rents are not paid by the sixth of the month, we begin the processes necessary to collect rents or evict tenants.

Our on-line system allows you, at the touch of a button, to have direct access to a number of reports including tenant rental histories, property rental histories, tax information to your accountant, and a host of other reports at your request.
