Alabama Rental Managers manages homes in the greater Birmingham and Tuscaloosa areas, which are less than 10 years old. If your home is older than 10 yrs old, a home warranty is required. If you would like us to simply help you find renters, without managing, we are happy to provide that service as well to all age homes. We charge a small percentage per month to manage homes, and only charge a finder's fee once we find your renter for you.
