On-Call Condo / HOA Property Maintenance Services

ASPM-SanDiego offers multiple options to meet your community's maintenance and janitorial requirements. Maintenance staff can either provide scheduled work or repairs at an hourly rate on an "as needed" basis, or at a discounted contractual rate. Our staff can work with your on-site maintenance personnel, can provide maintenance supervision of your personnel or vendors, and can coordinate and act as liaison with outside defect reconstruction vendors.

ASPM offers a full range of building and maintenance services provided under the direction of a full-time, on-staff and licensed General Contractor. Our service fleet is equipped and ready to respond to routine and emergency calls seven days a week, 365 days a year.
