Our fee covers all the sensible and standard tasks typically involved in operating an association. We don't operate with set pricing on the number of homes in your community. We respectfully examine your association's income and expenses while listening to owners and focusing on the subjects and goals that they wish to address. That's because when it comes to meeting the needs of a homeowner's association, one size never fits all.
What is Included in the Monthly APC Management Fee?
We customize our quotes based on the needs of each association. For example, if your community lacks a website, we can design one for you. Outlined below are the services that we typically offer our clients, but we understand that some associations require all of these services while others need just a few:
Deed drives as required by the association:
- Once a month
- Twice a month (once at the beginning and a follow-up at the end OR once a month during the day and once a month at night)
