Asherah Properties We are a Property Management company for the Greater Toronto Area. Whether your property is a duplex, fourplex or a multi unit building, we are the management team that can take care of your property, freeing your time up to do the things you do best. Time is valuable, and time is of the essence, so our philosophy is to make rent collection a stress free experience, while at the same time charging reasonable rates.

Our Property Management company is driven to satisfy our customers. We want you to be so happy with your experience in dealing with us that will go to great lengths to provide that hands off management experience that you expect when you purchase your properties.

Our Company

Quality Property Management is hard to find. A company with reasonable rates and a company that doesn't take a cut out of every contractor's invoice is golden. We are a golden company. We will work with you and not against you. Just because you own property does not mean that you are extremely wealthy and we realize this. Being reasonable and providing good solid management is what we are all about.


We manage property in the Greater Toronto Area. Some of the areas that we manage are Ajax, Pickering, Brampton, Richmond Hill, Thornhill, Newmarket, Markham, etc. As we work with other management companies that will service your area, give us a call.

There are two parts to our Property Management program.

Rent Collection

We will collect the rents for you. If a cheque bounces or the money does not arrive for whatever reason, we will follow through the government procedures to arrange for further action. If it requires us to go to court, we will go to court. If the tenant still doesn't pay, then we will arrange for an eviction order. We will handle tenant complaints, and if there is damage to the property, we will arrange legal action against the tenant to arrange for either eviction or payment to have the damage fixed.

Building Maintenance

We will perform inspections on your property every six months or as deemed necessary. We will arrange to have furnace filters replaced, smoke detector batteries replaced, etc. We will also be inspecting the building systems to insure that the they are still working and in good condition. In the event that a system starts to wear, we will notify you so that you may take the appropriate action to have that system fixed or replaced. All work will be done by qualified contractors, unless otherwise insisted by you.
