Our corporate office is set-up and maintained in a streamlined manner. The ASSETPRO Group is supported by a professional administrative and financial team to assist with risk management, financial reporting and accounting, document preparation and home owner support.

Financial Management

The company’s proven methodology provides for sound fiscal management of both financial assets and real property investments for our client owners. Our purchase order system ensures effective control of accounts payable. Detailed income and expense projections are completed annually for all the properties and submitted to the board 60 days prior to years end.

Property Management

At each location, a senior level property manager oversees the operation and maintenance of the property and assists the board of directors in achieving long-term budget objectives. This person focuses heavily on the property management functions and overall property performance.

Asset and Maintenance Management

Preventative maintenance is emphasized at all times and is performed as part of the management program. The company has an established set of guidelines for determining weather or not a permanent maintenance staff is required.
