Bluestone and Hockley was originally multi-family management company and then expanded into commercial management and with a focus on the sale, leasing and management of various commercial properties. Since 1994, Bluestone and Hockley has managed condominium and homeowner associations ranging in size from 19 units to 544 units. Today, Bluestone & Hockley Real Estate Services has further expanded to also offer a competitive and well rounded maintenance department as well as a Real Estate Investment counseling service.

As members of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), we were awarded the AMO (Accredited Management Organization) designation in 1998. Our management experience includes a wide variety of properties and ownership organizations.

Cliff Hockley, our President, is a Certified Property Manager with twenty-two years of experience in all facets of property management.

Elena Tangman-Wells, Vice President, leads our apartment management team. Elena has a strong background in many aspects of property management including: enforcing the landlord tenant laws, general maintenance, financial management and resident manager training.

Tom Sjostrom is a Vice President and the manager of our commercial department. Tom began his real estate career in 1975 and is dedicated to ensuring the best possible management of your properties.

Heather Hutchison leads our Community Association Management Department. Heather has a strong background in many aspects of property management including; interpreting and enforcing governing documents, general maintenance, and financial management.

Bluestone & Hockley has worked with small, medium and large sized investors and associations. We monitor building performance and maintain a custom designed management plan to meet the properties' goals. Bluestone & Hockley has succeeded in improving the asset value, increasing cash flow and improving the investment to meet the future needs of our property owners.

Bluestone & Hockley has also worked with properties that need special attention. We have been selected as a preferred vendor by the agents of the U.S. Government, and have been the court appointed receiver by state and federal courts.
