Buckley - CM3 Management Buckley Management prides itself on being a small enough company to truly care for all of its clients. Unlike many property management companies, our President, Jim Buckley will be actively involved as a manager of your property. With his involvement, your condominium or cooperative will gain over 25 years of knowledge and experience as a facility manager, financial manager, administrative liaison and a customer service professional.

Buckley Management has a continued tradition of customer satisfaction as evidenced by the length of our relationships. We currently manage some of the same properties that we managed as long as 18 years ago.

Property Management is a multi-faceted discipline.

    Our managers will immediately familiarize themselves with your by-laws, house rules and any other condominium or cooperative documents. Our goal is to keep your quality of living high. Swift enforcement of building rules, including collection of arrears, helps to keep all of your neighbors as “good neighbors”.

    Whether you have a single employee (the superintendent) or 20, Buckley Management has the expertise to keep employee morale and productivity high. We act as a liaison between the Board and employees.
  • Efficient Call Back/Back Office Support (Certificates of Insurance, Maintenance Letters, every day questions etc.)
    While the managers may spent most of their day “in the field”, they have an efficient back office that they and your residents can rely on. Our staff has information at their fingertips to answer the everyday questions from your residents and professionals. They prepare and provide documents for your owners looking to sell, refinance or renovate their apartments. Best of all, they do it all in a polite and professional manner. Our office staff also keeps a detailed message database to make sure you get a prompt call back from the manager if he is not in. All calls are returned!
  • 24 Hour Emergency Line
    A water pipe breaks. The air conditioning goes out in the middle of the dog days of summer. While pro active management reduces the number of emergencies significantly, a number of unexpected situations will still occasionally arise…and after hours nonetheless. No need to worry. A manager is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week in the event of building emergencies. A call to our after hours emergency line elicits a prompt response from one of our skilled managers who will see the problem through no matter what time of the day or day of the week.
