Cadicorp Management Group

Our company is dedicated 100% to the management of your Association, we are not a real estate sales office attempting to provide management services, nor will we try to sell or rent your property. We are completely dedicated to the management of the properties that we represent. We currently manage and represent thousands of units, we work with the Board of Directors or their representatives on a daily basis in order to attend to the daily activities that are required for the proper management of successful community living.


We will receive, process and deposit your maintenance assessments and provide a daily accounting of same. We will also receive your payables and prepare the necessary checks for disbursements. Only Board members are authorized to sign in the Associations bank accounts. Our office will provide monthly statements to all unit owners and any unit owner not complying with their required assessment payments will be transferred to the Association's legal office upon approval of the Board of Directors. We will assist the Association in securing proposals for any improvements or service renewals such as waste, lawn, pool, electrical, plumbing, gates, alarm systems, cleaing, insurance, etc.

Jose received a CAM license from the State of Florida, Department of Professional Regulations.
