Cardinal Group is a fully integrated real estate investment, development and management firm specializing in opportunistic and value-added investments throughout the United States. The firm acts as a sponsor of private equity real estate partnerships and provides asset management services through its investment company, Cardinal Group Investments, LLC ("CGI"). CGI's affiliate management company, Cardinal Group Management, LLC ("CGM"), provides property and construction management services to all of CGI's owned assets as well as to outside owners on a third-party basis.

Cardinal Group Management’s endeavors focus on the management and operations of two core asset classes: Student Housing and Urban Infill multi-family mixed-used communities. The firm has offices in Denver and San Francisco, with ongoing projects in six states. Cardinal Group Management currently:
  • Manages 22 Student Housing properties consisting of over 3,500 beds;
  • Manages 150 units of Urban Infill under the Mint Urban Brand; and
  • Received the 2011 Student Housing Business Awards for Best Turnaround and Best Marketing / Lease Up.

We believe removing as much of the administrative burden from the on-site teams as possible allows the on-site teams to focus on what truly matters – the residents, the community’s reputation and signing leases! Recognizing that each market is unique, the on-site team’s responsibility is to ensure the community’s vibe, culture and character fits the markets, and residents, they serve.
