Condo Specialties, Inc. was designed to meet the ever changing needs of Condo and Common Interest Communities. We offer the full gamut of services to complement the needs and functions of the Associations. We have divided our services into four sections all critical to our activities in assisting Community Associations. Since more and more communities are developing into amenities rich resort communities, we have designed our support services to match those needs.

About Us

The principals of the company have over 60 years of combined property management experience. Although a young company, the company is comprised of seasoned, licensed professionals.

The owner, Paula Maffeo-Harvey, with over 20 years of residential management experience in large communities, established the company to meet the ever changing needs of the industry. Recognized not only as a manager, she is also recognized as a professional business organizer, providing methodologies to stream line administration and operations.

Her partner, Henry E. Harvey, P.P.E., A.P.C., C.A.M., brings an additional 40 years of commercial and residential property management and construction. Mr. Harvey is a professionally licensed power engineer, licensed C.A.M. manager, carries an additional 4 engineering licenses, is E.P.A. certified, is a N.A.T.E. certified proctor, is certified in-door air quality and mold certified to name a few of his many credentials.

Mr. Harvey has worked on construction projects as the owners/bank's agent ranging from 47 million dollars to 186 million dollars and on association rehabilitation projects ranging from 67K to over 2.5 million dollars single item. His knowledge and expertise in project management is an asset to our associations.

The principals of this company not only have their expertise to offer our associations, their time in the industry has permitted them to develop outstanding resources.
